A native of Broken Bow, Nebraska, Tim grew up believing your word is your bond and that treating people right matters most. After 15 years serving the Kearney community as a police officer, Tim transitioned into the roofing and exteriors industry, where he helped thousands of homeowners restore their properties. As co-founder of Ridgeline Exteriors, Tim focuses on creating a company rooted in community, integrity, and problem-solving. Tim and his wife Leah, along with their son Trevor and daughter Alayna, proudly call Kearney home.
