My name is Jami Salter, and I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Joshua, for 15 years. Together, we have two amazing boys and are beyond excited to welcome our first grandchild soon! Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I cherish every moment spent with them. I have a deep love for the outdoors—you’ll often find me hiking, camping, gardening or riding horses, enjoying the beauty of nature. My passion for serving others has shaped much of my career. I spent 11 years with the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office, where I built lasting relationships and developed a strong understanding of the people in our community. I also owned and operated Caring Transitions, a business dedicated to helping families through major life changes. In addition, I founded and ran Double R Horse Rescue a nonprofit for 15 years, providing care and rehabilitation for horses in need. These experiences reinforced my deep-rooted desire to support and uplift those around me in any way I can. Now, I’m thrilled to be part of the Ridgeline team, where I can blend my passion for helping others with my creative side. In my role, I get to enhance marketing efforts, connect with the community, and share the expertise and services that Ridgeline provides. Building relationships and making a real impact is what drives me, and I look forward to ensuring our message reaches those who need it most. I’m excited for this new journey and can’t wait to see the difference we can make in our communities!
